Monaco's Belle Epoch series was issued between 1982 and 1989 and features illustrations of old Monaco and Monte Carlo by Hubert Clerissi. The stamps were all engraved by Sweden's master engraver Czeslaw Slania. This series is a personal favorite of mine.
